Do I need to exercise?

For a very long time we have been led to believe that in order to be healthy we need to ‘eat healthy and exercise’. Actually, the truth is, that our health depends in what we eat in 90%.

Exercise keeps us strong but when it comes to being and staying healthy it largely comes down to what we put in our mouth. You can, of course, exercise, and in fact, as dr. Berry said ( paraphrased ) - once you have been on the carnivore diet for a while you will WANT TO 'come out and play'. Sports are great and they keep us MOVING - so it's a good idea to choose the type of sport you LOVE. For me - it would be eg. snowboarding because it has the sort of smooth movement that almost makes you feel like you're flying :) But the truth is that it won't contribute in a significant way to your weight loss journey, because when it comes to weight loss - it's all about hormones. You can find out more here:

When it comes to food, the basic rule of thumb is - the fewer ingredients a food has, the better ( which is one of the reasons carnivore diet is so effective ) - this is why I implemented the ‘Next Best Thing’ rule in my nutrition – you can find out more in the below section:
